No. Managed IT is monthly cancellable. Development engagements have a defined scope and end date. We document what we build so you can carry it without us.
Your IT department, automatically smarter. Based in Veenendaal, serving clients across the Netherlands.
We help organisations apply AI where it demonstrably removes manual work.
We pick the simplest path that fits your situation. Often it's a single track; sometimes it's a combination.
From a sole proprietor needing their first real IT setup to an SMB outgrowing ad-hoc, and everything in between.
From a sole proprietor or small 3-5 person team to a 100-person SMB whose director is the de-facto CTO between sales calls.
A law firm or accounting office where document-handling silently eats half a day a week per employee.
A scale-up where the founder still picks frameworks because nobody else has the mandate.
If one of these reads like a description of your week, this site is written for you.
From our own work
A mid-sized transport business wanted one place for hours, leave, contracts, HR, and CRM, glued to their existing GPS, accounting, and TMS systems. Five SaaS platforms could cover parts of it, not without per-seat licenses and a separate integration layer on top.
We built a single-page application (web + mobile): time tracking with clock-in/out, leave management, contract management, HRM, and CRM. Glued underneath: Webfleet for GPS, Minox for accounting, EasyTrans as the TMS. One login per employee, all data in a single Postgres, three existing systems left in place. Vectel hosts the application, runs maintenance, and charges per active user per month.

Three models, you pick what fits. SaaS subscription (per active user per month, no upfront cost). Project + Managed IT (fixed price for the build, then maintenance per user per month under the same retainer as hardware and cloud). Project + handover (one-off price, you run it yourself). See the Business Software page for the details per model.
Managed IT is NL-only, we run the operation, on-site work matters. Development and Automation are international, English- or Dutch-speaking.
Yes. Existing systems stay in place; we put a layer on top or fold them into a new portal. For one transport client we glued their GPS tracker, accounting package, and TMS to their own staff portal with time tracking, HR, and CRM. Usually cheaper than migrating to a big platform, and your past investments still count.
We're built around automation, which is what lets a small team take on managed-IT engagements at flat rates. If we don't fit, we say so in the first meeting.
